Mountain Air Productions LLC (MAP) is an Event Development, Promotion and Management Company based in Southern West Virginia. MAP specializes in world-class events and competitions in a variety of outdoor venues; including whitewater competition, mountain bike competition and trail running. With over 15 years of experience in event development and management, specifically on the New & Gauley Rivers and the surrounding areas, MAP has developed partnerships with the controlling agencies including: National Park Service, Department of Natural Resources and Corps of Engineers and the Division of Tourism. MAP’s founder and director Donnie Hudspeth, has 20 years experience working directly in the outdoor recreation and tourism industry in West Virginia.

Mountain Air, LLC is in the forefront of developing and managing world-class whitewater competition in West Virginia and the United States. Over the years we have hosted the World Rafting Championships U.S.A. Wildwater National championships, U.S.A. Wildwater Team Trials plus other non whitewater competitions. This breadth of experience has placed Mountain Air in the unique position of being able to develop and manage a variety of outdoor competitions and events either individually or as a package. Our purpose is to help your company succeed by creating a bridge between the paddlesports/ and adventure-based populations of America and your product, service and company.

Sponsors will receive VIP passes along with media to the venue and Finish Line/Spectator area and Award Banquet.

Television
We have the opportunity to produce a half-hour television production for FOX, ESPN, or Outdoor Life Network. Each television production will be designed to ensure that a sponsor receives the appropriate exposure via direct and/or indirect branding or logo/name placement. For 2007, we will not guarantee a TV production unless we secure the budget necessary to produce the show. With the budget secured, we can guarantee a show, including commercial slots during the production, on one of the networks mentioned, as we have already built the necessary relationships. We are happy to discuss the exact prices for the production, distribution, and commercial spots.
